“Hello there, if you are seeking some direction or assistance navigating life on life’s terms then therapy may be most beneficial. I am a therapist who does not believe in a one size fits all model rather I place emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship and cultivating change utilizing a strength-based approach. I am action oriented and client centered operating within an eclectic framework utilizing CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, SFBT, ACT and reality therapy to name a few. I look forward to working with you!”
